Applicable Codes, Standards and References
The work may be designed or performed with reference to the
following, as applicable to the agreed scope:
1.
ASME, ASTM, API and AWS requirements
2.
ISO, EN, BS and IIW technical references
3.
ASNT, ISO 9712, employer written practices and

where relevant
5.
Asset-owner specifications, approved drawings
and project procedures
The customer should identify the exact document and
revision. Reference to a standard does not by itself constitute certification,
accreditation or approval by the issuing body.
Project Workflow
1.
Requirement
review: Review the application, method, component, material, geometry,
equipment and intended use.
2.
Technical
definition: Confirm the drawing, flaw or reflector schedule, tolerances,
access and documentation requirements.
3.
Design
approval: Issue the proposed layout or technical basis for customer
approval before manufacturing or modification.
4.
Manufacturing
or service execution: Complete fabrication, machining, flaw introduction,
marking, inspection or refurbishment under controlled instructions.
5.
Verification:
Check the agreed dimensions, reflector locations, identification and NDT
responses using suitable methods.
6.
Documentation
and delivery: Compile the agreed records, protect the items and arrange
domestic or international dispatch.

Final use, acceptance and authorization remain
the responsibility of the customer and the applicable competent authority.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can this service be customized for our component and NDT procedure?
Yes. The design is reviewed against the supplied component
geometry, material, inspection method, equipment configuration and intended use
before the scope is finalized.
Can customer-supplied material or components be used?
Yes, subject to review of material identity, dimensions,
condition, available quantity and suitability for the required manufacturing or
modification process.
Can the specimen or record be supplied as a blind item?
Yes. Neutral identification can be applied and the detailed
master information can be released separately to an authorized coordinator.
Can the work be based on an international code or standard?
Yes. It can be designed or performed with reference to the
customer-specified code, standard, drawing or procedure. The applicable edition
and acceptance basis must be confirmed.
Do you support international customers?
Yes. Domestic and international supply can be arranged,
